What this site is

ComplianceOfficer is a compliance monitoring product. The site describes what it does, publishes its pricing, and offers the compliance scan demo and an account created with your email address.

The compliance scan

The scan provides general regulatory information assembled from a curated rulebook map and public sources. It is not legal advice, it is not a compliance assessment of your business, and it can be incomplete or out of date despite our guardrails. Do not act on it without review by qualified counsel. The scan is rate-limited per session and per address so it stays available to everyone.

Your account

Creating an account is free and locks the terms we publish; it creates no payment obligation on either side. We email you a confirmation code, updates that matter, and access to your workspace. You can leave the list any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing support@complianceofficer.ai.

Pricing

The tiers on the pricing page are the plans on sale, shown so you can judge the value honestly. They may be adjusted; if they change, account holders hear first and keep the better of the two.

Payments and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and payments are final. The few cases in which a charge is returned are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site abusively, probe the demo's rate limits, or misrepresent the scan's output as advice from us. That is the whole list.

Liability

The site and demo are provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, ComplianceOfficer is not liable for decisions made on the basis of demo output or site copy. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
