Ncontracts pricing and Ncontracts cost for banks and credit unions, with the Venminder list price and recorded contracts

Run the free scan

Ncontracts publishes no price. The nearest hard numbers sit inside its own family: Venminder lists $125,000 for 12 months on AWS Marketplace, while recorded Venminder contracts have a $10,790 annual median and run from $8,744 to $133,725. Your own quote will depend on asset size, modules and term.

The public price record

What is public about Ncontracts cost

Ncontracts sells through a demo and a custom quote. Nothing on its own site states a price for Ncomply, Nvendor or the rest of the suite, so a buyer building a budget has to work from adjacent evidence and say plainly which parts are measured and which are inferred.

Source What it shows Read date

US federal award recordsNo Ncontracts, Venminder, Quantivate or QuestSoft contracts, which fits a vendor selling to banks rather than agencies.9 October 2026

The gap between the median and the list price is more than elevenfold. That is why asset size and module selection matter more than any headline number, and why the first question to a salesperson is what, exactly, the quote covers.

§ 03

Why the quote is hard to compare

Ncontracts owns the vendors you would compare it with

Ncontracts has bought TruPoint Partners in 2019, Banc Intranets in 2020, QuestSoft in January 2021, Quantivate in December 2023 and Venminder in September 2024. Hg bought out Gryphon Investors in the Venminder transaction on 4 September 2024. A shortlist that pairs Ncontracts with Venminder or Quantivate is a choice between two product lines of one company, so the price tension a competing bid normally creates is missing.

Venminder and Quantivate are still sold as standalone products. Ask in writing which legal entity appears on the order form, and what happens to your price if the product you buy is migrated onto Ncomply or Nvendor during your term.

For a real competing bid, look outside the family. Our Ncontracts competitors comparison covers Wolters Kluwer, Continuity, LogicManager, Asurity and Abrigo, and the Venminder pricing breakdown shows how its packages and renewal caps work.

§ 04 · Budget by the job you need done

Three ways to read an Ncontracts quote

These are planning frames built on the recorded Venminder range, not quotes and not Ncontracts price tiers. Start from the module that hurts and test the proposal against the matching reference.

Vendor management only

$10,790 reference

If third-party risk for the examiner is the reason you are buying, the Venminder median is the fair test of a single-product quote. A bundle that costs several times this needs a written reason.

Compliance management system

No public reference

Ncomply has no published or recorded price. Ask how many days after publication a new federal rule appears in your register, then get a competing written bid before you accept a number.

Full Enterprise scope

$125,000 reference

The AWS list price covers every Enterprise module with unlimited users, vendors and assets. Treat it as the ceiling and ask what a multi-year term does to it.

One recorded product is a thin base for a suite budget. Use the figures to frame questions, then rely on two written quotes built on the same counting rule.

Before you sign

How to negotiate an Ncontracts quote

  1. Name the legal entity. After the 2024 merger, confirm whether a Venminder or Quantivate contract renews on its old paper or moves to Ncontracts terms.
  2. Get the renewal cap as a number. "Market rates" is not a cap. Multi-year terms are where the AWS listing's savings language comes from, so price a three-year term even if you sign for one.
  3. Ask how modules are counted. Bundles look cheap until you drop one module at renewal and the discount on the others disappears.
  4. Test regulatory content speed. Name a specific 2026 rule and ask for the date it appeared in the product. Delivery measured in months is a finding, not a detail.
  5. Write the exit into the contract. Ask for vendor files, policies and findings history in a standard export, at no charge, within 30 days of termination.
  6. Bring a competing bid. Price the same module against an independent vendor, since two Ncontracts product lines are not competing bids.

Where we fit

What ComplianceOfficer does next to Ncontracts

We do one part of what Ncontracts does. Every day we check the CFPB, OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve and FinCEN sources against your institution's register of obligations, flag what changed, draft the policy update for each gap you mark and keep a dated trail for your examiner.

We do not run vendor due diligence, scrub a HMDA register or test loans. Teams use us instead of a compliance management suite they found too heavy, or next to a vendor management tool they already own. The price is $149 a month for one owner or $298 a month for up to three people.

See the bank compliance software page for the BSA/AML register it builds, or compare vendor risk management software if third-party risk is the reason you are looking.

Questions buyers ask

How much does Ncontracts cost?

Ncontracts publishes no price and ncontracts.com/pricing returns a 404. Vendr has no usable Ncontracts contract data. The only public figure in its family is Venminder Enterprise at $125,000 for 12 months on AWS Marketplace, against a recorded Venminder median of $10,790 a year. Expect a quote driven by asset size, modules and term.

Does Ncontracts publish pricing?

No. On 29 October 2026 ncontracts.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 and the site routes buyers to a demo request. Treat any dollar figure for Ncomply, Nvendor or Nrisk on a directory as unverified, because no vendor source stands behind it.

Is Venminder priced separately from Ncontracts?

Yes. Venminder is owned by Ncontracts since the 4 September 2024 merger, but it is still sold as its own third-party risk platform and it is the one product in the family with a public list price and recorded contracts.

What is the cheapest alternative to Ncontracts for a community bank?

It depends on the module. For third-party risk, published rate cards exist from SecurityScorecard. For BSA/AML, Abrigo has a $9,056 recorded median. For regulatory change tracking alone, ComplianceOfficer costs $149 a month. None of these replaces the whole Ncontracts suite.

What should I ask Ncontracts before signing?

Ask which legal entity is on the order form, the renewal increase cap as a number, how modules are counted, how many days after publication a new federal rule appears in the product, and what export you receive at exit. Put each answer in the order form.

Who owns Ncontracts?

Hg, the private equity firm, since 4 September 2024, when it bought out Gryphon Investors in the transaction that also merged Venminder into Ncontracts.
