Pricing · integrated risk management

Riskonnect pricing and Riskonnect cost per module, from the price lists it files with governments

Riskonnect does publish prices, just not to US buyers. Its January 2026 price lists on the UK government's G-Cloud 15 framework put the GRC suite at a £19,200 platform bundle plus £19,200 to £57,600 a year per application, with fixed implementation fees from £20,000. One application at the entry tier is £38,400 a year. Those are the anchors to bring to a US quote.

Five products, five price lists

Riskonnect cost for each product it sells to government buyers

Riskonnect files a separate pricing document for every product it lists on G-Cloud 15, all dated January 2026. Each one is a different acquired business with its own commercial model, which is the first thing to understand before you ask for a quote: "Riskonnect" can mean five quite different bills.

All figures are annual list prices in pounds, excluding VAT, for UK public-sector buyers. For rough orientation, at about $1.30 to the pound the GRC suite entry point is near $50,000 a year. A US commercial quote is priced in dollars on its own terms, so use these as a structure and an anchor, not as a conversion. Riskonnect's own pricing page returns a 404, Vendr has no recorded Riskonnect contracts, and we found no AWS Marketplace listing.

§ 03

The GRC suite, line by line

How Riskonnect pricing is built from a platform bundle and applications

The Integrated Risk Management bundle is required and costs £19,200 a year at Tier 1. It includes one admin user, one full user, 20 role-based users, 10 GB of data, 35 GB of file storage, two reporting users, up to 1,000 e-signature transactions, one full sandbox and standard support with 24x7 response on P1 issues. You then need at least one application. There are nine, all at the same three prices.

Application Essentials Pro Tailored
Enterprise risk management£19,200£40,320£57,600
Regulatory and compliance management£19,200£40,320£57,600
Internal audit, internal controls£19,200£40,320£57,600
Third party risk, policy management£19,200£40,320£57,600
IT risk, ESG risk, AI governance£19,200£40,320£57,600

The add-ons are where a quote grows. Extra users run £2,160 a year per system administrator, £816 per full user and £72 per role-based user, or £6,912 for a block of 500 active responders. Premium support adds 10 percent of annual license costs, each extra full sandbox 20 percent, and regulatory content from the Unified Compliance Framework is £24,000 for five builds and three users.

§ 04 · Three worked budgets

What Riskonnect costs in year one for three typical programs

Arithmetic on the list prices above, license plus implementation, before any discount, extra users or support upgrades. The year two figure is the license alone.

The jump from Essentials to Pro is 110 percent on every application, and only ERM can be implemented at Essentials at all. Every other application lists its implementation as Pro or Tailored, so a buyer who wants anything beyond a risk register should budget the Pro column from the start.

Fixed fee until the scope is custom. Then it is £1,140 a day.
§ 05

Implementation

Riskonnect implementation fees and timelines

Riskonnect is unusual in publishing fixed implementation prices. The three tiers come with their own timelines, and the honest reading is that the timeline tells you more about your real cost than the fee does, because your own staff time is what a long project consumes.

Tier Typical timeline Fee per application
Essentials, out of the boxUnder 2 months£20,000, ERM only
Pro, best-practice configuration2 to 6 months£39,500, IT risk £58,500
Tailored, custom functionality4 to 10+ monthsTime and materials, £1,140 a day

Business continuity follows the same pattern: £20,000 fixed for up to 250 employees, £40,000 above that, and £1,600 a day for anything extra. All rates exclude travel. A US quote that prices implementation by the day for a standard configuration is worth questioning, because the vendor's own model says it can be done for a fixed fee.

§ 06

The US public record

What US federal agencies have paid Riskonnect

USAspending lists three Riskonnect contracts. They are small next to an enterprise deployment, which fits: federal buyers here licensed one product for a defined team, not the whole platform.

Agency Description on the award Period Amount
Securities and Exchange CommissionRiskonnect assurance software, not competed under SAPSep 28, 2023 to Sep 30, 2025$142,093.57
Department of DefenseAssurance software licensesSep 22, 2023 to May 15, 2025$58,400.00
Department of Homeland SecurityEnterprise risk management tool (Riskonnect Active Risk)Sep 19, 2011 to Apr 18, 2014$306,172.53

The SEC order works out to roughly $71,000 a year over two years, close to what the UK list implies for one Pro application plus the platform bundle at the exchange rate above. That is a useful check: the government price lists and the US award data point at the same order of magnitude.

§ 07

The competitors

Riskonnect pricing against ServiceNow, Archer, MetricStream and LogicGate

Each of these sells integrated risk management to the same buyer, and each meters something different. Public evidence only.

Vendor What it meters Public price evidence Fits best
RiskonnectPlatform bundle plus applications, then users by role£19,200 bundle, £19,200 to £57,600 per application (G-Cloud 15)Risk, insurance and continuity teams that want RMIS and GRC from one vendor
ServiceNow IRMPer IRM operator, every person in a workflow£101.25 to £303.75 per operator a month on a reseller listCompanies already running ServiceNow for IT
ArcherUse cases and usersNASA renewals of $190,552 to $328,680 a yearLarge, heavily customized programs
MetricStreamPer module$180,000 per module for 36 months on AWSBanks and insurers with mature risk functions
LogicGatePer application$53,784 median recorded contractMid-market teams that build their own workflows
ComplianceOfficerPer owner$149 a month, $298 for up to three people, publishedWatching the regulations your register depends on and drafting policy updates

The structural point is the user count. A program where 800 staff attest to controls once a year costs very little extra on Riskonnect's role-based users and a great deal on a per-operator meter. The detail on each rival is in RSA Archer pricing, MetricStream pricing and LogicGate pricing.

Before you sign

How to negotiate a Riskonnect quote

1

Name the product

GRC suite, GSP or Active Risk Manager are separate price models. Ask which one the quote is built on.

2

Price each tier

Get Essentials and Pro side by side for every application. The Pro premium is 110 percent on list.

3

Count users by role

Most attesters can be role-based users at £72 a year on list. Do not let them be quoted as full users.

4

Fix the services

Insist on a fixed implementation fee and a written cap on the renewal increase.

Where we fit

What ComplianceOfficer does next to Riskonnect

Riskonnect's regulatory and compliance application tracks the regulations you load into it, and its regulatory content comes as a paid add-on. Someone still has to notice when a rule changes and work out which risks, controls and policies it touches.

That is the job ComplianceOfficer does. It keeps a register of the US obligations that apply to your firm, checks the primary sources every day, explains each change in plain language and drafts the policy update for every gap you mark. It costs $149 a month for one owner. Teams that are still choosing a platform can compare the field on GRC software.

§ 10

Questions buyers ask

How much does Riskonnect cost?

Riskonnect publishes no US price, and riskonnect.com/pricing returned a 404 on October 14, 2026. Its own UK government price list for the GRC suite starts at £19,200 a year for the required platform bundle plus £19,200 to £57,600 a year per application, so one application costs at least £38,400 a year before implementation. A three-application Pro deployment lists at about £140,000 a year.

How is Riskonnect priced?

By platform bundle plus application, then by user type. The GRC suite needs one Integrated Risk Management bundle and at least one application such as ERM, internal audit, third party risk or policy management, each sold at an Essentials, Pro or Tailored tier. Extra users are priced by role, from £72 a year for a role-based user to £2,160 for a system administrator.

What does Riskonnect implementation cost?

Riskonnect lists fixed implementation fees. In the GRC suite an Essentials ERM implementation is £20,000 and a Pro implementation is £39,500 per application, £58,500 for IT risk. Tailored work is time and materials at £1,140 a day. The business continuity product lists £20,000 for up to 250 employees and £40,000 above that.

Is Riskonnect cheaper than ServiceNow GRC?

It depends on how many people touch the workflow. ServiceNow meters IRM per operator, and a reseller price list puts the Standard operator at £101.25 a month, or £1,215 a year per person. Riskonnect sells a platform fee plus applications, with role-based users at £72 a year. For a program with hundreds of attesting staff, the Riskonnect structure is usually cheaper.

Does the SEC use Riskonnect?

Yes. USAspending shows a Securities and Exchange Commission order to Riskonnect Inc. for Riskonnect assurance software worth $142,093.57, running from September 28, 2023 to September 30, 2025, not competed under simplified acquisition procedures. The Department of Defense placed a separate $58,400 order for assurance software licenses over a similar period.

Which companies has Riskonnect bought?

Riskonnect has grown by acquisition. Its current products include Castellan for business continuity (acquired July 2022), Ventiv Technology for risk management information systems (January 2024) and CAMMS for strategy and GRC (June 2024), plus the earlier Xactium GRC and Active Risk Manager products. TA Associates is described as the majority investor since the Ventiv deal.
